Too late, or is there hope?

Assuming we cant move them on, which if any of Rashford, Sancho, Garnacho or Antony could be of use to us this season?

I'm usually optimistic, but there seems very little firm interest in any.

Personally, I'd like to think Garnacho hasn't completely burnt his bridges, and Antony COULD be better following his succesful loan.

The fact that they are all training away from the squad says it all... Amorin is not going to give these players another chance, imho.

I'm not sure if he is doing what is needed for the club or is just a stubborn focker. Time will tell, i guess.

Amorim is probably just making it easy for the club to sell off these players/ remove any problems with the team motivation. Its not a coincidence that they are for the most part some of the more influential players in the team.

Based on ability we could use Rashford and even Sancho (formation is built for him in a way, based on just attacking style) but you just know they are the most virulent points of infection.

Aren’t they all being made to train away from the main squad? If so, they’re done.

Ironically though, they'll probably improve as footballers.

You hang onto hope for Garnacho for his talent i presume because in terms of rift with Amorim he appears to be in the worst position of the lot

I don't know that though. I've no doubt Sancho is a lost cause, but the others... it's all a mixture of gossip, hearsay and people seeing players that the manager struggles to motivate and placing ALL blame on said players.

Maybe they are uncoachable, right now.. But their loans spells seem to suggest not. Just a strange situation all round.

Granted everything about Rashford and Garnacho are mostly innnuedo sourced from questionable places, what is undeniable is they are always around the rumour. Bruno, Casemiro, Maguire are all "big name" players who could theoretically be used for the rumour mill but it never really holds.

Also a lot of the things are easy to believe because we watch their style of play and look at it the wrong way. They are players who seem to always go for glory shots to get fancy goals (even though they are most times under instructions to do so). When they are scoring it's easy to forgive but when it's not going in, any reason to slam them is easily believable. "He's selfish that's why the manager really doesn't like him, he needs to do better".

You say they may be uncoachable now but they were really coached into what they are. They are lost causes and it's mostly the fault of our management.

Yep, he's a spoilt brat. Whilst I rate him and think he has a lot of raw talent, I don't want him at the club.

If we end the summer with Mbuemo, Cunha and Diallo available for the wide positions, I think that's better than we had last season, Bruno can fill a role too if needed. We don't have to worry about Europe this year.

Garnacho’s also has a problem with Amorimball.

He can’t play inside or with his back to goal, and his close quarters linkup play is poor.

He’s a winger, not a ten. And we don’t need wingers.

“He’s a winger, not a ten. And we don’t need wingers.”

True, we have to hope that moving forward post Amorim (whenever that is) that the club want to move ahead in this direction where we don’t want fullbacks and wingers.

If history is anything to go by, they’ll appoint a head coach who sets up 4-4-2.

Should make Garnacho train in a Villa kit
