I was in Birmingham watching the Test Match at Edgbaston on the weekend he performed. Our group got chatting to a couple of fellas that attended the gig. Said he was amazing considering his condition. Glad he got to perform that in his hometown before bowing out.

The Black Sabbath bench is right outside the office where I work most days. I’ll be there later working and will pass by it when I have a break. Guess it will be mobbed today.

I first saw Ozzy with Sabbath in 1969 at Torquay Town Hall.
My first ever gig.
RIP to the Prince of Darkness. He's in good company.

Easily one of the most influential musicians to exist ever.

just walked passed the Bench on Broad St. It's busy as expected and TV cameras about etc.
Its a weird parallel walk down Broad St as its Uni Graduation week in Birmingham this week and the ICC is full of happy folk celebrating yards away from folk who are sad/grieving.

I just popped down to the mural by New Street. There's loads of people there as well.
