Not exactly football related but..

Anyone else caught that story about the young lassie in Scotland who somehow convinced her family and friends that she was pregnant before then telling the "father" that the baby had died after her mum found out that it was just a silicone doll?

100% but it's the fact she somehow pulled this off in person, having a gender reveal party, faking bang scans and saying the bairn had a heart defect etc.

How the fvck her family or friends never clocked on is beyond me, especially after she faked having cancer a few years ago apparently

Pal of mine did that in his teens n'all. We all jarred him about it on the sesh one night and he burst into tears admitting it was a lie he made up to garner sympathy from a lassie he liked.

He's an annoying cvnt these days tbh. Thankfully rarely ever see him but he's a pain in the erse down the local. Will disrupt you mid conversation with "Remember when" before trying to come out with something from your teens that he thinks will embarrass you.

You'd think he'd learn not to given my response is to always ask him how his health is and if he's still cancer free. Quickest way to get rid of him again before he slinks off down the bar to annoy someone else.
