Senne Lammens plays two games, or maybe more importantly Onana/Bayindir don't, and we win both games. His first 2 games as well.
Cant be a coincidence can it? Doesn't have to be a world beater to improve us and I dont think he even is. He's just not a pub keeper like Onana / Bayindir.
Lammens / back to back wins

The keeper didn’t have a whole lot to do, but what he did so, he mostly did with an assurance you expect from a Gk at this level.
The bar is low to be honest, but he looks a safer pair of hands than his competition.

It’s unusual to see a keeper who can catch a cross. Hopefully it continues.

Indeded. Pat Jennings used to catch crosses with one hand back in the day

Lanky Benelux boys.

It's not that they are so tall, it's that the ground there is so low.

Let me dream god damn it. I need some hope to cling to.

I'm no expert but in Lammens terms he's done alright.
Still early days though.

No absolutely it's early days. He could easily drop some clangers in the next few weeks and lose confidence of course.
He's made a good start though. 2 wins out of 2, including away at Anfield, is as good as he could have hoped for really.
He looks like he's settled in quickly though which is positive.

Agree
I probably didn't express it very well but I was also meaning when he does make an error (as all goalies do) I think there's something about him so far which suggests it's worth everyone being patient and not getting on his back.

Baffling how Amorim didn’t play him when our two goalkeepers before were shocking every week.
