Sad state of affairs

The huddled mhasses are trully outdoing themselves today with their proclamations of Rangers demise due to what exactly?

Over the past 24 hours 2 directors have resigned. These guys signed a document against the new owner taking over and found themselves frozen out when he did. Wonders never cease

Another director, who also signed the anti-Whyte statement and then found himself frozen out has got £300k ring fenced should he win a defamation case that has yet to happen, meaning 2 directors have now done this. Neither has won any defamation case yet.

Apart from that and some fairly speculative journalism what's changed?

For some on here though it's the end of Rangers?????

Why not stick to facts Bhoys? 10 games played, 3 lost. 7 point gap at best, 9 goals worse off and no reason to assume you'll win any game you play.

Keep cuddling your tax blankie, if it comes to pass that we do go into administration that'll be the second tournament in a season you've been let back into. For now though it's still an IF.

Wrong on so many counts, the case is not about the money owed as such it is about the legality of a tax loophole

++++++

HMRC are looking for £49m...that's the figure quoted.Rangers have to PROVE that they acted within the legal loopholes at that time, ie...prove their innocence.

100% correct

TCD ....100% wrong! The figure you quote is not official. HMRC are saying that rangers avoided tax . Rangers will say they used a then existant loophole. The court will decide if HMRC are correct in backdating the closure of the loophole. Morally HMRC are wrong but since when did morals come into it ?

I didn't say it was...but it is what the Taxman seeketh

In ANY case with the Taxman...you have to prove them wrong
