The record is Arsenal's run in 2003/04 when they reached 49 games before being beaten by a young Wayne Rooney inspired Everton.
2nd on the list is Nott'm Forest in 1977-78 when the reached 42 games.
3rd are Town 40.......... & counting, remarkable.
A lot of clubs are quite jealous at the run ( Sheff Wed ) & point out that we lost the most important game, very true ( we are more than aware of that ).
Truth is if other teams insist on bring up the play off final defeat, fine, but remember we drew the semi finals so the overall sequence is
P 43, W, 23 , D 19 , L 1.
I believe we will beat Forest's record, but reaching the Arsenal's, may be hard, with away games at Wednesday & Charlton to come in the next 2 months.
Too many draws, yes, proud of the run, yes very much, other clubs jealous , TOO RIGHT !!

The home club gets all the ticket money including the away fans so I expect Charlton will get all the Sky money to compensate them for the absent fans (home as well as away no doubt)

no town get a share of the tv money...like radio...no tv station can just show live town games for free..they also have to pay us for the right to show our team!

Sky barstewards, It shouldnt be allowed to be moved, They should pick a game and date and be made to stick with the original clubs and dates, Am cheesed off as a few were going to go down for a day out, Megabus return down 18 quid but not bothering with the return leg, Instead using the 2200 kk to Leeds train for 22 quid. I only refrained from booking up till now as somebody on here mentioned they had heard it was going to get moved. a wise word of caution.
