Now we're facing up to Naisy being on the sidelines for a while is this time for Fleck to step up and show that he's worthy of consideration?
Personally, I'm more looking forward to seeing what McKay and maybe Bedoya can do but if he's ever going to become a player this is surely Fleck's chance. Every cloud and all that.

if fleck was going to offer us something he would have been involved when lafferty was injured or when jelavic was injured or when naismith was suspended.
Fleck has lost his way and may be down to the fact he isn't playing at a high enough level. think a loan move to an SPL side like a killie or St Mirren would do him the world of good.
loking forward to seeing mackay and bedoya

This could be the making of Fleck, he needs to start on a regular basis playing just off the strikers. Give him 6 games see how he goes.

Whilst, it is good in theory to give him six games in a row, the short-termism of the Old Firm means that in practice he would get a maximum of three.

Fleck has never shown me anything but 100% commitment, I just dont see it anything else in the lad.
So the answer to me right now would be NO!
Send him out on loan in January to Livingston!

Fleck was unlucky his loan to Sheff Utd fell through, I thought he looked good pre-season, especially against Blackpool.
Any news on young Hemmings, when's he back?

Fleck is still young, just because he was good in the youth team doesn't mean he can run riot in the first team yet. Look at Naisy he took a fair bit of time to find his feet, he's only just stepping up to the mark at 24/25 which is when most players mature into a key member of the team. Fleck is what? 19 or 20, if you are wanting him punted already then you have no patience at all.
The lad has skill and needs plenty of games to develop, lets not make another Adam, McCormack, etc out of him and show him some support. He has rarely had a start (I'd bet willing to bet less than 10) in his favoured position in the first team. That's never enough to prove yourself.
Look at the likes of Naismith and Lafferty, how many games was it before they looked the part, especially Lafferty.

Fleck was supposedly the best of our youngsters yet the likes of Ness and Wylde seem to have impressed more.
That said, Fleck has still made nearly 40 appearances for us in the league.
I'd like to see him given one more real chance. And if he doesn't take it, then loan him out, or give him the chance to go somewhere else.

John Fleck suffered from a lot of early hype at a young age, on the fringes of the first team at the age of 15/16 years old but i thought he would have kicked on a bit by now. To be fair to him he hasn't had a decent run of games to comment on what level he is at. Losing Naismith is a blow but i think there will be players that can step in.

How many were off the bench, out of position or just after return from injury. Quite a few I'd bet.
We've still never seen him have a run in the middle of the park. 2 or 3 games isn't enough, he needs more like 15-20 before we can really judge him.
