Big money in Japan, and they(the NZ players)
dont have to go half way around the world to france (the traditional big spenders)

What will it do for japan rugby tho? will they become a 1st tier nation in the coming years because they will be gaining experience from some of the best in the world or will it do great damage to japan rugby because they dont have enough home-grown talented players
