So he wasn't the best keeper at your club then?
So you're still glad you got rid off him
So he's still overated?
Is Paul Rachubka playing on Sunday?
Discuss..

Speak for yourself, you cheeky bugg@r

I hope Rachubka plays on Sunday, Beckford could do with the confidence boost of a few goals....

"I think a combination of not feeling like he wanted enough (whether this be true or not) at Leeds and the lure of Sven, was what brought him to Leicester City."
Keep_the-faith1, that sounds like he chose to leave. Kasper was stunned when he learned a deal was done and stated he did not want or ask to leave Leeds United. I liked him at Leeds and was not enthusiastic about Lonergan but now think that Lonergan has actually worked out better for Leeds than Kasper did.
Our game on Sunday is looking very intriguing for a number of reasons.

Well technically he did choose to leave didn't he? As he was under contract?
But basically, he was told he wasn't guaranteed the shirt and thGrayson was looking to bolster the squad, so he didn't have much choice but to seek first team football and the obvious choice seemed like Sven and Leicester.
If Kasper and his agent knew nothing whilst a 'deal was done', I'll happily eat several of the vile 'cheese and potato' pasties down the King Power!
Looking forward to Sunday, will that goalie from last night play for you guys?

"Technically"
As Leeds fans, we followed the story as it unfolded. Of course he had a contract and had to agree but his position at Leeds was untenable following the public comments made by the chairman and manager.
I, and many other Leeds fans, believe that Rachubka will not play for us again. I do feel bad for him but that is the reality of the situation.

The Guardian's "Fiver" has some fun with the Leeds goalkeeping imbroglio today, before concluding -
"Meanwhile at Leicester City, who host Dirty Leeds on Sunday, Kasper Schmeichel, sold by Grayson for a seven-figure sum because the manager wanted to "strengthen the goalkeeping department" by recruiting two keepers for a total of £100,000, could be forgiven for laughing like a drain."

How does a drain laugh?

Grayson is going to regret that explanation for a long time to come.

I should be sorry and surprised to think that Leicester are amongst the "most hated teams in the Championship". Envied, maybe, but hated?
No possible reason, unless some of our more foolish fans have been bigging us up insufferably on other teams' websites I don't look at.
