It isnt so much them - it is the victim. Whatever they say in court becomes the truth if the accused pleads guilty. It gives the victim free reign to say whatever they want. The accused should be able to plead guilty but still have their say over what happened and certain details. As it is you end up with sentences that are tougher than what they should be because the judge has taken at face value the victim's account of what happened. In reality what actually happened is less serious.

This could be great news so close to the January window. It might just finally force SAF to deal with his blind spot in the central midfield. Good news that Dortmund our out of the CL and doing bad in the league as well re even a remote possibility of Goetze. Erikkson looks class as well.

Having said that the blind spot is so big, be prepared for a central starring role from Gibson....!!

I think that Young may get a few more games in the middle too.

I know this isn't "cool", but i'm glad that Gibson is on his way back... he was starting to look sharp, last season and was great in the rezzies last week.

He is no world beater, but an ok option is better than no option. Carrick, Fletch, Park, Giggs, Gibson, Jones, Rooney, maybe even Young ...... We should be ok.
