Jonny Lomax signs new 4 year deal at saints

This is an extremely smart move by St.Helens....

Without knowing what sort of money young Lomax is on at present, you could guantee it wouldn't be big money because 12months ago when he would of signed a 3 year deal he would be hardly heard of outside St.Helens itself.
So to extend his mediocre current contract with an obviously more attractive contract for a further 2 years well and truly keeps the other clubs at bay from waving the pound notes in this young mans face in the near future.....

Clever work I would say by the St.Helens outfit....
