..whats the point if he is always getting injured...!! seriously, we depend on him as a squad player but as soon as he comes back, he gets injured.
I'm not knocking is quality, because I think he offers something different to our other midfielders.
I know he had the terrible injury a few years back, but his had plenty of time to get him self back to full fitness and shouldn't be picking up these minor "muscular injurys".

HenrysCat, yes that could be the case for the younger players, but i dont think he comes into that category, his an international player and his been at the club for years.
Would any player do this on purpose just so he doesn't get to play much but pick up his wages.

Yes, he doesn't now perhaps, but he did - like you said he's " been at the club for years" and has always had a bad injury record. Like so many.

what i dont understand thou, when i player comes back from injury, he obviously trains for a few weeks to get his fitness level up, but do our players not player a game or two for the reserves before throwing into first time action. when the game is hard, faster and more intense.
