......exactly the world class centre back that we need.
If Milan want Tevez .........know what a mean.
Cmon Bobby, there's a deal to be done here.
If it was 'arry, he'd already be round there in his Reliant Robin.
Thiago Silva.....

Can only see 2 problems....
1. He is Brazilian.
(Zabba and Aguero might not be keen).
2. He signed a new contract in June.
(for contracts read C. Tevez).

Also, we've not had much luck with Brazilian players.

Luck? it seemed as if Hughes didn't want them so he marginalised them and forced them out in my opinion.

Not all of them. Elano, I'll give you.
Geovanni was on loan for one season and was going anyway - Sven never really got the best out of him. Robinho went on a massive sulk and was sidelined by Bobby. Jo was given every chance to shine and singularly failed to do so, hence was released by Bobby.

Berti seemed to do OK...

Oh, yes, I forgot about Berti. The man brought in to solve the problem at left back, before Sparky blew a huge amount of money on Wayne Bridge to solve the same problem. He'd have to go for the Hughes seal of "get lost, I don't want you".

I thought he was brought in to sell half-time lottery tickets?

Berti was a legend

OK hands up i'm doing a complete u-turn your original comment was spot on Leo. Elano was the only one of them really marginalised and he was accused of being an unsettling influence in the dressing room,Geovanni and Jo i never rated as good enough anyway and Robinho was in the Tevez mould
