Think we should be looking at the people on the end of the crosses rather than the person putting the delivery in

Most of them failed to beat the first man or ended over hit..

Maybe we should work on short corners and get the ball into the area from a different angle, and how many times does it get cleared towards the opposite side of the pitch. Should always be a wide player in that area.

I only saw the last 30 minutes as I had a game myself this afternoon so if that is the case then you are correct - it isn't good enough

Its not a new thing. besides these days not many teams score from corners its not just a Liverpool thing...I agree the quality could be better though..

Generally Adam's delivery hasn't been what i expected from corners this season. He has been one of our best players in my opinion (and for me was man of the match today), but his delivery from corners was poor.

We seem to lack variation form corners. Under Rafa we were the same. He loved the short corner, which used to do my head in. Under Kenny we are putting the ball in the box, but so far with little effect. Too many are hitting the first man (a la Gerrard), or hit to the back post looking for Skrtel and Carroll when he plays. I would like to see someone making more effort to get to the near post a la Big Sami.

God how I miss watching Hyypia power one in on the near post.

From the amount of corners Liverpool have been getting this season, we are gaining very little reward. It's annoying.

With every corner there should be variation, i.e.

1 - Short
next - far post,
next - edge of box,
next - on the penalty spot.

Mix 'em up, confuse the defence.

oh aye, and a lot of movement might help as well!

Arsenal fan in peace....didnt watch the Liver game but 17 corners is a hell of a lot. You must have had them really pinned back.

Then to only win by 1 goal would certainly be worrying.

Another reason for so many corners....the ball didn't end up in the back of the net.
