Afternoon all Blackburn fans (Well most of you), I wish you well this evening but I fear Bolton will want it more and will turn you over and here is the big problem. If Bolton do beat you many of you will get what you want and Keane will be sacked. To be fair I think the way he stabbed Sam in the back means he has it coming, however, be careful what you wish for because Alan Shearer or Graham S are not the answer. In the past few years you've had Hughes, Ince, Sam A, and now Keane; Keane seems alone in his ability or lack of to motivate his players. But the chicken farmers haven't got a clue and when they sack him the usuall names will pop up.
Hughes will be back in the frame, Steve Bruce, Roy Keane, Alan Shearer, Alan Curbishley all of whom are failed managers, even Phil Brown will get a sniff. But what you need is a bit more drive from your players, you can get this for a few weeks when a new manager comes in but it's normally short term. So sometimes it might be better the devil you know, because you might even end up with Gordon Strachan, so be very careful you might get rid of Keane, but these barmpot owners haven't got a clue and appear to lack real funds.
Be careful what you wish for

You could make a vaery long list of managers and call them failed. Does not mean they cant do a job.
But the rest of your article is ok.

I agree for the most part, but Souness wouldn't be that bad imo as a short term option. Last time we dropped he got us back up and then fired us up into the PL whilst along the way taking the Worthington Cup. Whilst towards the end he lost the dressing room a bit I think he'd do a much greater job than Shearer/Grant etc.

Bruce, Hughes, or Keane could all do well, having learned under The Master

"Better the devil you know"
I don't think so, the swinging Crankies could do a better job than Kean.
