Dennis Smith friend of SAF was on the FA panel. How was that allowed?

David Bernstein, Ex chairman of City, is running the FA. How is that allowed?
See we can do that too?
Maybe you should stop blaming fergie and start looking at your own player.

'it does come across as slightly 2 faced'
OPPORTUNIST IS THE WORD YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!
And how can someone be a racist when his own genetic make-up is ethnic?
MAKES
NO
SENSE
Would've made more sense had he called Rooney Chalky.

------------------------------
he isn't racist. People who are saying he is are wrong
He was using a racial slur to wind him up. Totally different and in no way does that make him a racist. It makes him ignorant and stupid. Evra has accepted Suarez is not a racist and that is good enough for me.
Liverpool need to rise above this, warn Suarez for his stupididty and move on.
The independant panel could not possibly find him guilty without compelling evidence..
We have discussed the term used may be less racial in South America and no doubt Suarez will have told the panel what he called Evra (Remember he has previously admiited it) and he panel decided that the term is unacceptablr here despite being acceptable in his own country.
Guys. Suarez is not racist. He is guilty of stupidity and ignorance.
One thing that gets me is that no black player has come forward and said he used the term against them in the past. Not 1. It's clealr obvious if he had used the term before it would have come out before.
Why did he single Evra out for the term alone?

"Why did he single Evra out for the term alone?"
Because the whole thing began with Evra calling him a 'filthy South American' - or words to that effect. Suarez comment was in response to that. Not defending anybody here as self control will always ensure you don't get banned or fined or vilified!

but we have been told time and time again that Suarez was using the term in a non-offensive way.
You suggesting it was a response to what Evra said would suggest the complete opposite
s far as I know there is nothing but newspaper gossip suggesting Evra said that anyway

united twist the nickname debate to their advantage.
When their players call Evra by that name, it's a term of endearment. When anyone else does, it's racism.
What a load of billhooks.
By FA's reckoning it's racism, therefore it's racism in any context. Therefore united should be investigated.
Ah, no, wait, that won't happen, will it?

You honestly believe that
1, United players call Evra "negrito"?
and
2, Suarez is aware of that?
You don't so much twist debate, as go completely off the debate and have a mass one of your own.
3 man INDEPENDENT PANEL found Suarez guilty of racial abuse, so live with!!

Don't forget we still don't know what Suarez said in response. In his Uruguay press interview he says it was a term his team mates use - my imagined scenario from what we know 'get away from me you filthy South American' - 'porque (why) negrito (pick a translation!)'.
The club have issued a statement which doesn't give the word but specific word Evra used but says this : "Patrice Evra .... admitted himself in his evidence to insulting Luis Suarez in Spanish in the most objectionable of terms."
The words I used are bandied about on social media (I don't use it but others I know do)
