Reading the Liverpool statement, i would be amazed if Evra is not charged with Racism by Liverpool.
The Liverpool statement is quite brilliant, and an appeal is pretty much guaranteed and the only ACTUAL evidence is that of Evra RACIALLY abusing Suarez!!! Go figure all you Man u fans.
Anyone who bothers to read the LFC statement can ony come to one conclusion:
Liverpool firmly stand 100% behind Suarez and an appeal is extremely likely with the lack of evidence to back the FA up; i can ony see Suarez getting his ban overturned and fine dropped.
The FA are completely useless and amateurs in the big world of corporate professionals.
FA Vs Liverpool's billionaire American lawyers?? Who is going to win that then??

Liverpool will not appeal against Luis Suarez's eight-match ban for racially abusing Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.
Liverpool continue to insist that they "fundamentally do not believe that Luis" was or is racist.
But the club say they fully support moves "to stamp out racism in every form, inside and outside the sport".
And the club added: "It is for this reason that we will not appeal the eight-game suspension of Luis Suarez."

For the record, Evra did not call him South American or accuse the ref of booking him because he was black.
We now know that LFC leaked those statements to the press. Truly disgusting behaviour from the club
