Gotta go down as a classic

Now I wasnt at the game, (Yeah I know groan Grumble) but when you are watching on twitter, and still feel the Atmosphere from reading comments coming in you know you are missing out on a good game. Twice this season has the feeling come over me this season against the 'Udders and Blunts.

Last season we would have lost that game, heads would have dropped and Wednesdayites would have Booed and cajoled and no doubt about it we could have been well beaten Rhodes was on a mission we went 2-0 down almost identical headers the defence made up for it with goals by Jones and Johnson 2-2 Ben Marshall finished beautifully to make it 3-2 and a lucky looping header by COG makes it 4-2.

Whether the ref was right or wrong to play 5 mins stoppage in the first half and 7 in the second I dont know but in my opinion we were comfortable without Megson bringing Bennett on Reda had to adjust quickly to a change in position and Rhodes took advantage of that for his 4th goal

Now all of this is taken from my understanding whilst following the game on Twitter and watching the goals on SS Website hope it makes sense to people who were at the Match (Lucky Bastids)

But my opinion stands that could be a game that both sets of fans talk about for a while.

Who is the one star banker?

Yeah a classic that will be talked about in years to come and if everybody who claims to have been there was actually there there should have been about 51,000 or more in The Old Girl.

Bit harsh on O'Grady to call his call lucky....

Seemed he knew exactly where he was heading it!

I'll give you 5 Sir 'Dev'.

& as another one who couldn't be there, agree with you all the way,
An Emotional roller coaster, That's how I would describe the game, the way I listened to it.
if it had been a premiership fixture, It would be shown time & again as a 'Classic match'
Some shocking defensive 'errors' by both sides, But Hey ho, That's why we go (or take interest) in the 1st place isn't it...
I know from the comments of 'Sir Chaz Owl' he feels the same way, & the good hearted 'banter' flowed both ways last Saturday night (Aft' your time).

One for the Diary, APRIL 7th for the return fixture,
regardless of the outcome, Lets hope the '2nd leg' is as exciting as the 1st,

'Oval' ...who was the 1 star nugget
Good luck Wednesday, Hope you get promoted
