Roberto Mancini: Worst Manager in the PL

As well as making a complete mess with the Tevez saga, now Mancini has started to WUM his own players:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16280364.stm

"I don't understand why there are some players that have a chance to go and play, and don't.

"Wayne is a good guy but I hope he leaves in January."

"He has a chance, maybe not in the Premier League but in the Championship."

Pathetic man management. Firstly you publically tell the media you don’t want a player and then you question his reasoning for staying?! The Man City manager taking the moral high ground?? They offer silly wage packets to mercenaries and then want them to shuffle off when not required. What a joke.

Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger would never come out and publically slate their players that way. It’s called decency and class. Both of which Mancini lacks.

@Serial WUManiser

Im done with you and filtered you aswell, you are just a waste of space!Cant even respond to the arguments brought forward for mancini even though you accused others of diverting from the topic.

We will achieve success despite the wealth of City and other clubs, just back the manager and stop the childish taunts based on a lie infested perception.

I see ou haven't actually filtered me. That'll make you look more silly then you are now. You have some sense in you after all.

I'm not sure what points you made. It got kind off mixed up amongst all your rightoues critiscm of this article.

Like i said, the title is a bit harsh but the point stands. Wenger, Fergie, Mourinho or any top PL would never talk about their player that way.

"why would Mancini be the worst manager based on comments about a player that doesnt merit a place on the team."
=============================

Amongst your drivel, i extracted this passage. One that is deeply flawed, by the way.

In your logic, a player would only receive the respect of the manager if he has a role in the squad. Awful logic. If that's the case, what would other players think of their manager? That he's a bigger mercenary then them?

A great manager builds his authority by respecting not only those that have a role in the squad, but also those that are on the fringes of the team. Bridge has done a job for City in the past. The manager should recognise that and respect it but talking to Bridge in the privacy of his office.

That statement say it all to be honest!
Can someone tells Mancini that City pays players 2-3 times what they are really worth.
No wonder they don't want to leave
