How to play against us is simple. Steve Cotterell got it spot-on.
All you do defensively is put 2 players on Albert - that cuts off Maynards supply.
In attack you lump high balls into the penalty area. We can't defend high balls (we have no height). Jamo is bound to have at least one calamity moment and you make sure one of your players is there for the tap-in.
We need a 'plan B' - but there isn't one.
We are easy to work out...

We need other players like Pearson, Kilkenny and Elliott to exploit the space available, from the double-marking of Albert.
There will be a player umarked all the time and we have to make full use of this and not rely on Plan A.

Noone commenting here about the Southampton result? it seemed to me that we had a plan B in action yesterday, we blunted the southampton side with a more defensive midfield early on and even had more shots on target than the home side.
From where I was I couldn't tell if Maynard was offside or not I had taken my eyes off the play to get a drink of squash so missed the build up only saw Maynard put the ball away after it came back to him after what looked like a keeper mistake waiting to see highlights to see exactly what the situation was. Kilkenny played well on his later introduction and I thought Nyatanga/Wilson and Carey did well still worried about the left back position as McGivern great going forward but keeps getting caught too far up the pitch and very often on the wrong side of the person he is supposed to be marking, Pearson bailed him out quite a few times as did Nyatanga.
On another subject I see the 'Barcelona' of Division 2 are heading towards the premiership 19th is it now after the 5-2 home drubbing not heard a word from the blew few for ages certainly not since we got away from the foot of the table and thier majestic sink towards the premiership continued about local derbies(Perhaps they were talking about local derbies with Forest Green or even Manor Farm(not quite sure which league Manor farm are in atm).

There will be a few local derbies, for the blue few, next season!
Bath, Forest Green and Newport!
Although, looks like Bath will slip out of the BSB!
