Evra has never accused anyone of racial abuse prior to the Suarez case. I wish liverpool fans would stop spouting this.

Nice to see newwayne bringing it for all his homies I the hood and letting us all know what words the black race like to be called.

I can assure you there are many people who hate this gangsta language being used from the black race.

Most ironic seeing as you don't accept that in Suarezs culture the word negro can be used in a non derogatory way.

How can you still support him with everything the report says?!?! It wasnt just 1 missunderstanding they charged him for it was multiple incidents

He's been charged with saying negro 7 times. The thing is the panel only have evidence of it being said once. That was because Suarez admitted saying 'por que negro' to Evra after he'd called him 'South American'.

They've charged him on the basis of probability. In other words they haven't got enough evidence, it's Evra's word against Suarez, and in the panels opinion he's probably guilty. This is based on Evra being more composed when giving his evidence (you would be if you're the accuser).

But they said what suarez said is highly unreliable because of the timings he gave...
