In my opinion they're big money signings (or they were at the time).

All 3 failed but of course Liverpool fans sweep there failures under the carpet.

A regular view Liverpool fans like to give out is that they've never had money to buy players like Utd do... which is total rubbish.... Broken transfer records throughout the years and millions wasted.

United fans dont deny Fergie has bought some absolute tripe over the years for a lot of money, however Liverpool are equally as bad when it comes down to it.
