too many goals/points

ok this really isnt good enough, week after week were leaking goals which is costing us points today as you all know we surrendered a 2 goal lead,we were also 2-0 up at sheff wed we let that lead slip, luckily we drew 4-4 ,then before that, comes walsall,1-0 up for them to equalise we drew 1-1,before that, leyton orient we were 2-0 up,they scored 2 in the last 5 mins,mk dons 1-0 up ,drew 1-1,and it goes on and on and on,if we had a propper defence and they would have kept us the lead in just them games thats 8 points more we would have which puts us level with charlton maybe top on goals, this defence needs sortin out and quick, and until clark does summat about it,its gonna be like this every week

Jacko, jitters is not the word!!! I also was not there but listening to the commentary you would think they have three or four extra players on the field!!!! The curse of late goals has struck both of us recently but we seem to still be able to win more than you do.

It strikes me as someone with a passing interest in your team that LC is changing three or four players every week!! I know injuries and suspensions play a factor but it is like they are learning to play with each other week in week out. Megson basically has his best 11 and come hell or high water he will play them if they are available, they know each other, feed off each other and have a degree of consistency in their play. LC seems not to understand that.

At the end of the day we are league one clubs with league one players. Messi etc may be able to play with anyone easily, our players are not that clever or skilled, so giving them a settled side to get used to I think is key at this level.

LC is a blamer - its always someone's fault but never his. He regularly singles out players after mistakes - he is a blamer. Its a terrible trait of someone who believes he is the best but clearly isn't. The guy is lost - completely lost - he has spent loads of money on players who can't even get near the bench and it is their fault not his.

He knows everything that is wrong with his players and nothing about what is wrong with himself. He is a complete terwat.

Yeah I had a minor heart attack at the end of the tranny game.

I do worry for you lot when/if the combo of Rhodes and Roberts leave.

As Brycey says, Clark's just completed 3 years on 15 Dec 2011 and has shown solid improvement each season starting with 68 points, 80 points and 87 points last season and yet more points still this season.

That's what I call good steady progress by one of games best young managers, who'll be snapped up if and when Town decide to get shut.

the best young managers are at brighton, norwich, perterborough etc etc etc..

we have an also ran...

mirf, you really should be more careful when you produce stats that just prove that as we get a few more points each season at least 2 clubs improve more.. we bottle the play offs and therefore we will be 3rd downwards in league division 3 as long as clark is here...
steady improvement means f-ck all if other teams improve quicker and better...
one good central defender would have made the difference yesterday, clarks had 3 years plus and cant find one.. then he throws tom clarke in and he spent all game thinking like a footballer, which is suicidal with kaptain klutz pushing up and dropping back as and when it pleases him without telling any f-cker what he is about to do..
shambles, utter shambles after over 3 years..
mirf, explain!!!!!!!!!

If you believe we are better placed than this time last season I suggest you do a comparison to the corresponding games last time ie

we won at Notts County last time but only drew this time
we won at Charlton last time but lost this time etc

If you substitute promoted / relegated teams with the teams that came down / up you will find that we have only one more point from the equivalent 24 games (which include 5 of the 9 that we lost last time). That is not the championship and 100 points form that Hoyle suggested Clark would deliver following Old Trafford.

Clark is very much in the last chance saloon and he knows it!

I believe that Hoyle did the right thing in selecting someone and giving them time (and funds) but the truth is the improvements you see are illusuary to almost everyone else.

Clark is very so it is have now been than better off than the the basis of where they finishedOn that basis we

Clark is not a manager, He has no man-management skills, Falls out with people too easily and sulks after games, He then blames the players, The fans and even the media,,,I said this about 18 months ago and it is still true "LC is like a teenager on footy/champ manager pc game, constantly bringing players in and then shipping them out usually at a loss, Bringing in other sides better players and then either playing them out of position or not playing them at all, It does not work, Kay n AR being good examples"
