In my opinion we should play (when everyone's fit) conventional back 4, then play Lucas and Adam in central midfield (we can drop Lucas back into to DM to) then have Bellamy on the right, Suarez on the left and have Carroll up front with Gerrard playing the roaming role.
of course this means that we must wait until Lucas is fit which means not signing anyone until January 2013
Or we can buy a defensive mid on loan until lucas is fit or buy bent/ someone like bent on loan and drop Gerrard back with Adam
(play downing on the left until Luis' ban has expired)

The squads not finished imo, we still lack one or two out and out strikers and one or two wingers.
I would be happy with Reus, De Jong and another striker or versatile attacking player.

Don't rate Bent and wouldn't want him near the club. He only scores in teams that build a team around him and I don't think a team with top 4 would build a team around a player like Bent.
We need a proper finisher who would be able to have more than 8 touches in a match. Why not get Yakubu or Andrew Johnson if you want just a goal scorer?? .

Id rather have Torres back on loan! Just dont think Bent offers enough for our team.
