Looks like we have agreed a fee with Huddersfield for Lee Peltier and he'll be signing fairly shortly.

Not exactly a massive shock as we've reportedly been interested in the lad for a while, but it's been a very slow summer and finally we have some seemingly positive news! If I could post on more than one board (ahem JA nudge-nudge) I'd ask Huddersfield fans if they thought he'd be a good signing for us, but what do we foxes reckon? Do we see him as young, talented and hungry or riskily unproven and short of experience at this level? He's got big boots to fill in the RB slot after the departure of Naughton after all.

He'll be a goodsigning.
He's a very good, steady player.
Ready-made for life in the championship, 1m is a bit cheap IMO.

I had the opportunity of seeing Peltier a couple of times last season as a mate of mine is an avid Huddersfield fan. He's quick, powerful and does seem interested in defending, something that can be lacking in modern fullbacks. He's also a handful at corners and scored with his head on both occasions I saw him. Personally I think he'll be a great buy and at the prices mentioned,a bit of a bargain. My mate thinks he's going cheap as well but that could be just that he's a northerner!! Good work Sven!
