Seriously it's time there was a limit on spending, I mean a proper limit none of this business where you can spend a shed load of money because you have a sponsor who bank rolls you to the tune of hundreds of millions of pounds because they own the club. City is the team in question. In the end it just makes the rich richer and the poor poorer.
