I doubt Roy would have been allowed to get away with 7 draws in the your first dozen home games, most against teams that should be beaten out of sight.

Cutting King Kenny some slack is one thing, but double standards is beginning to spring to mind with a lot of Liverpool supporters.

Its a fair question, bt i would say no. We are at least challenging and if someone said to me at the start of the season come mid january we'd b 5 points off 4th and still in every cup competition we entered id have snapped their hand off for that.

Top 4 is the main aim n if he misses that then ultimately its been a disapointing season. If we have cup success it may deflect some of the disapointment.

To the tool that wrote "not a wum" and then decided to wum, of course the carling cup is important now, weer in the semi finals ffs. When u get that far why wouldnt u do everything to try n win it. And btw it aint just us takin it seriously, incase u havnt seen it, our opponents in the semis are the team thats top of the league, our opponents in the last round were the team currently 4th!!

There's no way Kenny should be sacked of we don't get in the top 4 this year. Yes the draws at home haven't helped, and have been frustrating but it's all about building.

On the same note should Wenger be sacked for going from challenging for the league every year (up until February usually) to challenging for a top 4 place with us and Spurs?

Should Arry be sacked for getting into the Champions League, but failing to last year?

i hate this "Kenny has only spent 30 million" lark... yes he has spent approx 30 million but hes wasted about 90 million that cudve been invested on better players..the fact the net is 30 doesnt mean he hasnt wasted 90 million on tripe! i like Kenny but hes making a bit of a balls if it now. depressin to think who Rafa cudve brought in for the same money

I'm a great advocate of Rafa and felt he was badly let down by Hicks and Gillet. Those guys had no clue that to keep on competing you had to keep on investing.

Sure there were players that didn't make the grade as Rafa took a gamble on unknowns to plug gaps.

Kenny will have us improve, he already has on where we were last season at this stage.
