Booking Tickets Help please

I'm trying to book 2 ticket to the Arsenal Vs Newcastle Game on the 10th March. However, when I assign a ticket to my son and proceed to checkout it comes up with this message

Unfortunately, your particular membership type is not applicable to one of the areas you have chosen. Please double check your selection and try again

My son is 16 and is a junior gunner, could this have something to do with it???

Not an arsenal fan but guessing that the spot is probably taken by someone else? Not sure

Think you can only buy tickets in the family enclosure as ur son is a junior gunner. You can only buy tickects for your son outside of the family enclosure once the section is all sold out.
