More news just in, he has only four toes on his left foot after an accident with a cheese grater when he was young.

He's also the French U-21 Ready Steady Cook champion.
Give him a bag of rice, an onion and a Crunchie and he can make you a 3 course dinner

Sounds about as good as Andy Johnson, at least we haven't wasted money on him. Although I'm sure Venkys/Mcteeth will claim his loan fee, agent fees and wages when trying to convince us we're spending money.

Chelseamf--
I was going to say I trust Kean more than you re players ability.
I then realised how absurd that is- he doesn't.
Looks like we might have bought a bargain basement pup then!

Thats pretty much my assumption. Never seen the lad play and hope I'm wrong but with strikers I just tend to go off the scoring record, how good the league is they played in and the manager's competence in signing bargains. Modeste scored about 1 in 3.5 in the 5th best league in europe, and Kean's bargain basement dealing is patchy at best.

He is going to be rubbish.
But as long as Yakubu stays fit (relatively) and doesn't keep getting sent off, then it's not scoring goals that I'm worried about.
