I got a book about misprints (A Steroid Hit the Earth, if you're interested) recently, and in it is the following, which was in the evening news:
"Spurs have similar ambitions, and are second, one point behind Bolton, after a 5-1 home win over Oldham Pathetic."
Have you ever come across a similarly entertaining misprint? Can anyone recognise which season it may be from?
