If you saw the game Luiz was playing 2 positions. He was always covering Bosingwa and had to play CB! I can only remember Bosingwa winning 1 header all game!

My thoughts exactly

Luiz is tailor made for Barca's style of play. He would become the best defender in the world if he went to Barca. Thought he was amazing today

My major concern is that Barca will step up their interest in David Luiz and we won´t be able to stop him going, much like Fabregas going to Barca.

Agree that Luiz is taylor-made for Barca and would be an ideal replacement for Puyol. They even have the same hairstyle.

Obviously I hope I´m wrong but in Luiz we have a gem on our hands and the likes of Gary "Man Utd" Neville criticising him only enforce that view in my opinion.

Send them Bosingwa instead

Bar two bad mistakes he played really well today, but let's not get carried away. Those two mistakes were still basic defending 101.
