Favourite Alex moment?

As "the tank" prepares to leave Chelsea, he left a lot of memories behind, as he is brazilian, he will obviously mostly be remembered for his awesome goals and shots e.g Liverpool and Arsenal.

However, Alex was not an ordianary defender, despite weighing nearly 90kg he was still pacy, as strong as a wall, and literally fearless in defence.

He was horribly underrated by Chelsea fans and pundits alike.

So what was your favourite memory of the brazilian?

Mine was the free-kick against Liverpool

Has to be either his free kick against Liverpool in 09or Arsenal last year, both brilliant.

His performance against United in the 2nd half last year was immense as well, best hes played for us IMO.

That free kick against Liverpool. Of great importance and at the perfect time to calm nerves and shatter Liverpool's confidence temporarily. The power behind it made it even sweeter. A truly brilliant, massive, unstoppable(insert adjective) goal.

And that performance against United was also quite impressive.

I have no idea why alex is leaving lol. I always thought alex and terry were your main defenders and luiz is just a player ancelotti was forced to play lol.

why do opposition fans have this feeling that some superior person at the club determines who the coach should play. Always baffled me. Really strange.
