Squad Recovery

Is anyone slightly worried that we may not have enough time to recover before playing the red devils?

I hope your players come out with that attitude.

Our players will come out with an attitude of wrecking any chance of United finishing top of the league!

.................

It is a cup game you moron. Knocking us out of it will more likely help our chances in the league.

And its a chance to humiliate United, have Rooney running so hard he does his metartarsal and for Evra to get a straight red!

Game Wed, Sat and Tues, 3 games in 7 days is a lot. Not sure we can play our best X1 every game.

I've never thought our team lacked fitness. I cannot see that Kenny and Clarke have overhauled the entire fitness regime from rafa's reign.

They would be idiots to do so. We've never lacked the fitness, and a bit of rotation we can come through alright. Not all the players take so long to recover. Stevie is almost back to full fitness. It's not as if he will be knackered. My only concern is bellers.

He is the one creating goals at the moment. Take him out you nullify our attack. He needs to play 60-70 mins, then rest him.

He can come off the bench for wolves. But that one worries me. Can Andy and the others step up at wolves? I hope so. We can't rely on Bellers but i still think he needs to play Saturday. Even if its just one half.

lfc fans on here never fail to amaze me yes you might win but this United team is still miles ahead of liverpool, just look at the table ffs! Yet the same fans calling for king kennys head are now thinking they will win 3-0 United have had half a team for most of the season yet still in 2nd place many points ahead of a liverpool team that has spent bucket loads on total pants! With less than 72 hours to recover, I think the Reds will struggle. The nano-second he came off, I wondered if Bellamy can indeed recover. As suggested above, he might start on the bench. We can't afford to play as a 10-man team as we did in extra time last night. Hopefully Kenny will surprise us all by having a couple of youngsters, who really do deserve a go, in the squad. For the wolves game yeah. I think Saturday the adrenaline will carry us through, win, lose or draw. But we still need to take a chance. Hopefully spearing might be fit. Give us some cover at the back to allow gerrard to go forward. We have a chance of he plays the right team. I think he will. United have some bad injuries and that could play to our advantage.
