Does this catchup tv work live? Also does it work on iPhone?

There is an app for iPhone called 'TVCatchup' and I'm guessing its the same as the website. Has to be watched over wifi though. Works perfectly with no lag or constant buffering.

I will be watching on the ITV website, does anybody know if the picture quality on TV catch up is better?
