It goes against one of the rules of Christianity as told by Jesus in the Bible.
The thought that worshipping God in public is going to inspire God to help you succeed is also majorly flawed and quite insulting, really.

No, it's not insulting to me as I'm an atheist.
However, the notion that Tebow praying in public (something his holy book told him not to do) would make God more interested in helping him win a football game than it would looking after Christians who are far more needing than him in places like Africa.

hahaha okay well i get were your coming from but it might just be a way for him to promote religion? a lot of people these days can be quite fickle and see religion as uncool and can be disrespectful. Maybe seeing there favourite QB praying might help kill this stupid stereotype.
