Broad's first task as captain was not to coose Bell to play. That youd be good for their relationship.

How was your run the other day? Just back from football (in park near SCG)...feel great, yet legs are knackered, hammy slightly burning. Nice day, 6 in the morning but heading for 21 deg. Not a puff of wind, perfect for playing and watching sport.

mate - Im still recovering - I thought it was a seven mile run - which is already a mile further than the longest of my normal runs - it was 8.2 miles inc a 1.5 mile hill at the 5 mile point - may go out today though - the weekend has been quite heavy

I cant believe Bell didnt play - the batting was laughable in T20 - same score as the women - no disrespect - but you would expect the men to get a better score - say what you like about the bowling but with that total there wasnt much they could do - no pressure.

I want to watch the rugby - Ive been watching it up to now - or at least keeping an eye on it - but my sky sports ended yesterday

Some programmes questioned why England just have one more T20 between now and next March while Australia have 6...amybe its tile to cut back on the ODI's and have a few more T20's.

Remember, we dont have a Domestic 50 Over competition so why we are playing so many ODI's and not T20's is crazy.

The ICC is currently discussing the future tours program. Some details or the proposals are on crickinfo and probably the ICC site, I believe there are more rests and fewer one day games. Worth a look.
