Interesting nay, telling, comment...

..by Ross McCormack in the Yorkshire Post 6th Feb 2012

(Aye meme not from 2004 )

“Redders has come in and given the place a lift. He hasn’t changed much, apart from him giving people confidence to express themselves"

To me that is him saying under Grayson they were not allowed to express themselves and confidence was lacking!

Onwards and upwards with a confident and expressive LUFC!

aidy White, Tom Lees and Zac Thompson are all back/new to twitter.

Personally i think we are reading to much into Ross's comments.

Whenever a new boss comes in there is a change in a squad. New ideas and training techniques, players who were out of the first team think they have a chance to impress and get back in so train with passion and enthusiasm.

When somehting changes the players throw themselves into it, after the initial excitement is gone its back to business as usual

That man could ruin a career

Yeah a few are on hluck, good for the fans and players alike a interact i think, bit of banter, Kasper was always good for that, he might have been the reason SG put an embargo on it i think.

I think it was somma's comments about his injury hours before the club released it that caused Grayson to throw his rattle out of the pram foreverleeds

forever, imagine if the players had JA606 moment on there and argued like we do

Ross.... 'well at least I score goals..

Kasper.... 'not when I was at Leeds'..

Gradel.... 'Kasper... you were at Leeds?????'

"First and foremost I've got to give Simon and his team credit because they took the club out of League One and made us a force in this division,"

There's no love in that statement at all. It's a begrudging admiration of the job done, but I dont think Ross Mc gives a jot about any of the management staff who have left.

"We're still only a few points off the Play-Offs and he can keep his head high in terms of what he's done, but Redders has come in and given the players a lift."

Again, just a begrudging admiration of the job done, but much more feeling for the new guy. Given the players a lift, much more a people person and man manager by the sounds of it

One person can state who was in a rut with whom, but you won't allow a slightly different angle to it?

I didn't delete you for that, it was the latter element about Bates. Unfortunately, because you are obsessed with him you seem to feel the need to spread your propaganda all the time. There's a simple solution either don't post or post about the subject and you'll not get deleted.

LIW

Good for you.

Ross also say's on the OS..................
" If we can win 6 in a row it'll give the chairman a headache in terms of giving Redders the job"

I like that..........i'm all in favour of giving KB a headache
