What has happened to Kenny? Recently at every pre-match, post-match interview he has looked nervy, tetchy, and very defensive. He seems to think the whole world is against Liverpool. Whether they question his tactics, transfers,results, t-shirts!, whoever is interviewing him only has to say the wrong thing and he’s jumping down their throat. Then there’s the incident on Monday when he brought up the Suarez incident again when he had a good opportunity to put it to bed. You would expect more from a manager of his standard. Yes, Fergie said some stuff too but surely to be the bigger man and rise above it, you accept that Suarez has served his time, the case is over and move on?
Fergie and Wenger used to be the managers who would defend their players to the hilt no matter what, losing all respect from other fans and never being honest or accepting that they may have got some things wrong. You can now officially add Kenny to that list!
