Spanish shame

Why does Spain warrant TWO races? This seems to have evolved when Alonso was all conquering and the FIA pandered to his whims like they did with Schumacher - when we also had two races in Germany, one being branded the EUROPEAN GP!

If anyone deserves to host two GP's its the UK being as most of the teams are based in Britain. However, I don't see any country NEEDS two GP's. It's a world championship - meaning the circus tours around the globe - not revisits the same country twice (especially for a featureless street race!).

I think the european GP should move from country to country each season, one year in spain, the next in france, then Britain, italy, etc, then it mighy actually justify its title of European GP.
