Avoid Carbs...found that useful

Chicken, Salads, but always treat yourself now and again.

I think it was the beer that made it worse.

I had lights pains on Monday but the next day after watch the game in the bar on Monday night -

Sounds like they need to clean their pipes.

I remember drinking a pint in a bar and realised after the first sip there was some dried up food on the rim! Though nothing of it. About 7 hours later I was vomiting like a trooper. Food poisoning. It was on my graduation night out as well, so it just made me look like a lightweight! Lol.

Never going back that pub.

My pipes got a very good cleaning. Too good. Can you imagine going to the toilet twenty times per day and the pain it caused when having hemorrhoids, which were caused by going to the toilet too often?

A terrible week but I'm back and I feel much better. Although some could argue that the waste is no coming from a different whole, now I'm back to my tip-top best.

You would never imply such a thing though, would you?
