I must say, with all the current transfer-talk going on, i'm really excited about next season!
jones and young signed.
nani and park pledging their near future to united.
de gea finally having a medical.
gibson wanted by both sunderland and newcastle - he will definitely be leaving.
SAF finally adressing the centre-midfield with rumoured bids for alcantara and nasri (though unlikely, it would be amazing to have one of them in our team)
it also looks likely brown and o'shea are leaving now that we seem to be signing izaguirre.
- so though the departure of o'shea isn't really welcomed by us fans, the 'new', overhauled team for next season looks very very promising to me, i think this united side will have a whole new look to it, compared to last season.
so as i said... i'm really really excited for how this all turns out and especially excited for next season!!!
Excited!

Exiting at the group stages?
.....................
Dimwit, I would be more worried about making the group stages if I were you.

'and worked hard in training.'
Sorry, but how the **** would you know that?!! What a silly thing to put.
It will have a positive effect. When he played, he generally had a negative effect, so if you take that negative effect away, is end up been a positive? My science is ropey at best.

O'shea wont leave i personally think. I hope he doesnt too i would rather o'shea than izzaguire. But i am excited too but not too excited as we are no where near signing a CM it seems, all just rumours. I would love us to sign Thiago but just because he plays for barca doesnt mean he will be a world class midfielder.
I would be very happy when it seems we are close to a centre mid

Is O'Shea actually going?
He's been loyal, and happy, for years. Always plays plenty games, hence his medal haul

--------------------
It was in a SAF interview from last season (or maybe the season before)
He said he was working hard and doing so well in training he was knocking on the first team door and making it hard for SAF to ignore it
Although DG was not first choice, he still was aspiring to get there and for me, all teams need squad players like Gibbo who won;t moan at only getting a few games
You won't get WC players happt to warm the bench. They'll just want to leave. Gibbi didn't.

Exiting at the group stages?
He managed to mis-spell it 4 times in one article, I think you probably went well over his head there.
