is it not true that Grayson was on a yearly rolling contract? maybe its just how Bates works.

If Warnock had any concerns about what Ken has told him or if he can work with Bates he would not have taken the job.

I'm happy with Warnock. I am not a bates fan but I am surprised when we got Warnock it proves ambition.
