If we can survive....

If we can get to May and hold onto that fourth from bottom place then there could be a whole new era at the City Ground?? Lets face it not having an owner cant last, the club will change hands most likely at the end of the season when prospective buyers know what league we're in and Nigel Doughty's will is settled. If our current numpty manager can just about steer us to safety then the likelihood is him, Arhtur and the whole managerial set up at Forest will have a huge shake up!!

No buyer is gonna want too keep him and Arthur?? Bagpuss will go too!! So if we can just cling on for safety it will mean so much. We're blessed by the Pompey admin, Doncaster are a mess as our Coventry!!! Its shocking how a championship team with the likes of Camp, Gunter, Reid, Blackstock, Majewski even Higginbottom, Elokobi, McCleary and Cohen to come back can be fighting against relegation. Cotteril really is a mess, clearly the players cant stand him and our struggling to play for him.

At the end of today summed it up when he roared at a bemused almost embarassed looking Reidy to play a free kick on the edge of the box into the corner in the 94th minute when we were 2-0 up?? Andy Reid has more football intelligence in his little toe than Cotteril will ever have, his constant barking at cultured experienced players is embarrassing!! He's a schoolboy manager, a PE teacher at best!! If we can just be the fourth least worst team come May then there will be light at the end of the tunnel with new owners who'd inevitably want their own manager!! Fingers crossed... next month in NFFC is gonna be pivotal!!

Mikey. Since sc has bought his own players in, we have looked decent. For this reason, i'd say we were better off than when mclaren left us. Mclaren ruined forest, cotterill is slowly rebuilding forest, with limited budget.

________

Sorry!!

Did you go today?

Decent?

Mcclaren didn't ruin forest any more than ND did as some would have us believe. They left us with a squad more than capable of doing ok at this level. We've gone backwords under Cotterill

Yeah i went, second half we played well, thanks to Cotterills substitutions. People are quick to blame Cotterill when he doesn't make sub's quickly enough, but when he does, and it clearly wins us the game, then it's only fair he gets the credit. Granted he shouldn't have started with one striker, but he rectified it, and we won.

Keep it up for the rest of the season, we'll stay up.

thought it was common knowledge SC does the first half and SOd does the second half.
SC doesnt deserve nothing yet, weve won one game at home since november and you think that its acceptable to give credit to a clueless ukwit like cotterill

Ok, so everything something goes right for the rest of hte season, it will be down to O'Driscoll. And when anything goes wrong, it will be Cotterills fault.

And you're calling Cotterill clueless!

hoons what is wrong with you man.

you do struggle on here me duck, if you think SC is a good manager and deserves credit your insane.
4-5-1 at home to cov isnt the way forward, look back on the games look at the results what do you see considering we have a more than decent sqaud.

wheres raddi? after SC called for him to score more?
when doesnt even play him
what about him building the team around mcgugan
he signs 3 left backs when weve been crying out for someone who can supply balls to our 8 strikers.
since clueless cotterill took over the list of his mismanagement and comments is appauling just like his record.
if we do ok i will put it down for bagpuss employing O`driscoll and not carrott cruncher

i've never once said i think cotterill is a good manager. i think we need a new manager, ideally someone like o'driscoll, but it's not gonna happen.
so what do i do? i get behind the team, support them, never dream of booing them, i try to look at the positives, i try to be pragmatic, i try to not look for reasons to shoot down the manager, when he's what we've got to keep us up.

and i agree with you. he's made some crazy decisions. but yesterday, he made a good one. he brought on 2 subs at half time which changed the game, and got us 3pts. that's all i'm saying.

and as for raddi and mcgugan, they've been awful the last year - i don't blame cotterill for dropping them. our midfield has looked better without them, mcgugan especially.
