Rules
1. A manager bids for 1 player at a time
2. I will update the page every 5 minutes
3. I will put up when you can confirm a transfer if the bid is accepted
4. When you have confirmed on the transfer confirmation page then you may bid for another player
5. Wilshere will ajudicate my offers
