A live article means that the comments appear automatically and the 1 match ban allows the OP to delete guys off the thread if they are wumming up the match thread.

well as I had to go off just after the kick off, there has not been much of a match thread - unless comments have legal implications, people can say what they want - we are failry used to wummers

anyway as I thought a challenge for us today - Smith has picked up another yellow - not sure how many to go before he does a Gleeson

SOunded like Powell struggled, but George Williams did really well when he came on.

Shame we did not manage to nick the 3 points with Blades losing and Owls only drawing - we could have made ground and kept pace with Hudders

Yeah we generally leave it up to the OP on match threads. Some of the EPL matches got spammed-up/trolled a while back which was one reasons we added the feature.

Cheers for creating the thread anyway.

Did any of you listen or even better go to the game? Karl indicated in the post match interview he was disappointed not to take the points - is that a fair comment or wishful thinking?

I heard it on the radio and I thought it was equal, as either side could have snatched it. We played well 1dt half but didn't have a cutting edge.

With Sheff United losing and the other top sides drawing (ignoring Chatlton) I thought it was a good day, but we need to get Charlie MacDonald and Dean Bowditch fit again though.

What we need is to get in a few more players, without Mcdonald and Bowditch we have Ibhere up front and he isnt a goalscorer, shame we cant get Sammy back from the Hammers as he is now warming their bench every week, if we want to go up we cant compete with a paper thin squad, if we cant get new faces in we cant afford players to get red or yellow cards.
