I think this boy would be worth 5 or 6m in the next couple of years, look at steven fletcher. But and it is a big but he has this court case ongoing and also seem to have a bit of the riordans about him.

Look at that Coonnor Wickham that has just moved from Ipswich for £8 million. I'm not saying that's what we should be demanding, but £2 million is a bargain for a guy with Goodie's ability.
