Cant believe how quickly Walker has established himself in our side, he pushed Corluka out of the team overnight and has not looked back

He can defend, go forward, tackle and attack well...He has come out of nowhere as well...LOVE HIM

livermore is very much starting to impress me more and more he has come from nowhere and proved himself to be a very assured footballer.

well done to harry for spotting this and giving him his shot.

Harry stopped Livermore from going out on loan..He clearly saw something and credit to him

Huddlestone's going to find it tough getting back into the team. His Afro will be ridiculous. No game time no goals..Very encouraging to see we could have a back up 3-man midfield of Sandro Livermore Huddlestone.

If Huddlestone cant get in the team, then my God we need to get rid of Jenas

when thudd is back fit he will get ample minutes.. especially if we are in the champs league.... his game is built for the CL... outstanding distribution to keep our game flowing left to right

Livermore has been excellent, and his attitude has been exemplary. Huddlestone should be worried with Livermore's emergence. Here's hoping too that Carroll makes a similar break through in the next year or two.

no he shouldnt.. they are completely different types of players. the man who should be worried is sandro, and also parker.

I was surprised when Harry took Parker off and kept Livermore on. Great compliment to the lad.

although it was the correct call.. livermore was playing well and parker was having an average game.

We havent seen the real sandro this season. He hasnt had a run of games with the first 11 normally due to injurie/suspension

------------------------------------------

He has shown glimpses though, was part of the midfield which practically dominated Chelsea's

Walker has been top notch, looking at him yesterday, you can see in a few years he will be hailed as on of the best DRs in the game.

Livermoor has been impressing every chance hes had.

We have gone from a barely there midfield to one that puts jenas as our 7th best. thats got to be good.

I wouldnt mind that at all! Someone has to get stuck in and stop Swansea passing the ball around, Parker will get worn out very quickly i fear

I wrote this on another thread:

"Livermore gets better & better with every game. He is a prime example of how we shouldn't write players off as "not good enough" when they first make the step up to the first XI. There was many on here who claimed he was no more than a decent Championsip level player, or lower Prem team player. He is showing superb improvements in every game & as was mentioned in the article, his passing is very good, backwards, sideways & importantly, good attacking forward passes.

If there's anything we should thank the EL for, its Livermore's progress".

As for Walker, his positioning needs a bit more work, but he is fast becoming (excuse the pun) one of the best RBs in the modern game. I remember the commentator saying last night, he owns the whole flank when he plays - and he does.

As much as ive been impressed with Parker, ive been more so by Sandro. Hope to see him getting more game time now hes fit again.

Mjr

Its VERY rare we get passed around at home but Swansea CAN do that

I disagree Chronic. I know Huddlestone is an attacking player rather than a defensive one. But Parker, Sandro and Livermore have all shown to be quite eager to attack as well as defend and all 3 are considerably more mobile. I do rate Thudd but he should be as equally concerned as the other two.
