somewhere a long of the lines of a decent season? winning the league. but the cup competitions really put a damper on things if im honest. not a big deal in the finish up. were CHAMPIONS
Didn't think it would be too long for you to show on here today
Can't really defend Lennon today though, he was an embarrassment yesterday
What demise are you talking about regarding Rangers?
Have I missed the part when they lost all of their top earners due to administration?
Have I missed the bit when they returned players to clubs because they have not paid for them?
Have I missed the part of the season when Rangers were lots of points in front?
We got pumped out of two cups.
But we won the league fair and square.
I was on yesterday too NNH
tim o tay get your head out the sand Rangers were effectively nullified this season!!Yes we won the ttitle fair and square but to suggest Rangers were the force they normally would be is an act of folly! anyway what about our disgrace of a manager?
He's a bad loser ritchie, not a bad manager.
No one can defend Lennon today, i cringed when he ran on the park
When i seen him do it, i hoped he was going to go get the players and just grab them off the park, that would have been the best thing to do
"He's a bad loser ritchie, not a bad manager."
I reckon hes both Mordor
This is where your argument falls down. We have no divine rite to win anything. He lost by a point last season. He is at worst immature bordering on irresponsible. However, he is a successful manager. As I've said before: work to do.
i dont believe all this hype that rangers were performing badly because of administration. do you honestly believe they cared about the people that work at ibrox and murray park? they used it as an excuse but got all fired up when they had to play celtic. if they did it against us, they could have easily done it against the other teams they played and beat.
agree with mordor. he does show passion but he needs to bottle it (probably the worst choice of words i can use there) and move on. talking to the referee privately, go ahead but not going onto the pitch to tell him what you thnk of his performance. he IS a good manager. and its all a learning curve for him at this stage. but he needs maybe get a little talk from lawwell about his behavior. also dont think he should have let the team go out and party all week (which im just assuming they did as thats what ive heard) until the season was done. sure clinching the league was a big deal but the season wasnt done!
No we dont have a divine right to win anything Mordor thats very true but we do ahve a right to expect our manager to learn from his previuos mistakes and behave himself in an appropriate manner.Lenny has it would seem learned NOTHING on the park as he still picks the wrong team wrong tactics wrong subs and basically has no anwere to a game that is going wrong!!This goes way back to the Ross County debacle I have seen no improvement in his tactics since!!As for his off the park behaviour than its there for all to see and ridicule which is what is deserves!!

Everything is linked to results not the person. If you win everything, all the time, people will put up with character flaws (see moany faced Alex Ferguson). If you don't bring home the goods you won't last. Lennons future is in his own hands. Winning the league was great but not as good on its own. A double or a treble this season and Lennon would be a god to us. Next season we want improvement better in Europe and a cup or two. If Lennon can't deliver he won't last. Tommy Burns was a great great person who brought a superb style of football to Parkhead. However without results (despite being funded far less than Rangers) he was sacked. No one is bigger than the club, not even Lennnon.
Of course Lennon's job will be easier if Fat Sally stays.
Lennon lost the league by a point last season.
He has went one better this time.
Therefore, improvement.
Granted he needs to calm it. But he will say that he is defending his players, like all crafty managers do.
Ritchie, I see that toad Dallas has come out with a similar opinion to yours.
Lennon needs help and support from the club around his anger issues. I hope he gets it.
Tim if we hadnt won the title it would have been a disgrace it was basically handed to us!!! We had no competition our main rivals were rendered inneffective! As for Dallas I couldnt care less what he has to say im only concerned with the disgrace that Lennons ridiculous behaviour brings on our club!!The man is a fecken liability!!!
Lennon needs help and support from the club around his anger issues. I hope he gets it.

His nurse could sit in the dugout with Thommo and Johan.
The title was not handed to us.
As far as I remember we went on a winning run?
So Lennon has went one better than last season. Mission accomplished.
He has a lot to learn, but give me Lennon's passion over any brown brogued dignity any day.
You could get a dietician for Sally. Some electric aversion therapy.
ZAAAAAAP!!!!! put the sausage roll down Mr McCoist

thats simply ridiculous!!Hes what 41 years old and needs help to behave himself?? GTF!! If that is the case he should be nowhere near the position he is in!! Hes bringing nothing but disgrace to our great club !!
Cali, agree 100% with your comment on Rangers and only turning up when we visited.
Ritchie. I have always agreed with you on Lennon, and I still do. But you are starting to sound like you have some kind of agenda, mate. Sorry.
That said, Lennon has delivered only the bare minimum this season and we should have been looking at a full house. The rest of the season is just 5 training games (OF excepted) and I hope he plays fringe players, with a point to prove, in all of them. Watch for us pumping Hearts by 6 on presentation day, by the way....
Oh, and God help us if we win the title by less than 10 <shudder<
I think Lennon has less mental health issues to worry about than most of the zoomers on here.
