Maybe - a weird exit and to them. Cech "earnt" his move. Though We dont know what happened, and I suppose he didnt do anything bad so I really dont know. Maybe in the first game. Lets see what Frank says. Maybe it was very amicable. I love the guy personally - felt he was always a great presence to have around the club.
We have ok CB depth - losing Luiz isn’t the worst thing to happen. I really can’t understand letting him go to Arsenal though.
We've let them off the hook for a transfer window where they have gone for the flashy signing (Pepe) rather than addressing their glaring weakness. So we’ve strengthened a top 6 rival and arguably allowed them to overtake us.
Just Everton to announce Iwobi.

Why was the fee so low? £8m is absolutely peanuts in this day and age. Especially as he signed a contract extension with you in May and considering we are rivals.
Frank in charge, long may that continue

Surprised we got that much, he wanted to leave, bridges burnt, wouldn’t have played for us & ruined the harmony with him cast aside, so technically £8m is £8m more than we could of got.
Good deal for all parties
