I did not watch the interview in full, but normally Maitless is a top class interviewer. and others have said she did a good job.

The clips that I have seen of the interview make me feel that Andrew has not convinced anyone that he is an innocent associate of epstein

Yes but that is miles apart from interviewing one to one, which she has grown her reputation on over many years. Plus, the producer of that tory leader debate farce is far more culpable that Maitliss, who admmitedly did an awful job that night.

tbf all i've heard is she was awful, like you, i haven't watched the interview other than the odd snippet. Amazing its taken this long to even do an interview.

I watched the interview last night. Andrew came out with some strange things. He referred to Epstein being a $ex offender as "unbecoming". Right ok.

Also his alibi that he no longer sweats because of some incident during the Falklands was very odd. Is that an actual medical condition? Conveniently he said that he does sweat again now.

His whole demeanour was off though. And for someone innocent he seemed very defensive. Overall his version of events about how he knew Epstein and why he stayed with him as much as he did didn't really stack up for me.

Do reckon old liz even knows whats going on?

Doubt it was JT. Didn't realise we'd actually had bid for Aguero rejected by Leti. Someone at the club fecked up big time by not pushing that deal through. The guy was ready and waiting to join us.

Can understand it at the time superb, the agent asking for £5mill, nearly 20% of the transfer fee

But in hindsight a terrible decision. I wonder how successful he would be, butterfly effect and all that. Maybe would have done well with mata and hazard, but its not like we've had the most creative midfield the last 10 years
